We handle setup, activity facilitation, and cleanup, so parents can relax and play while their little ones celebrate & explore in our vibrant, child-friendly space.
Party Breakdown
Parties are two hours in length and cost 525+HST.
We can accommodate a maximum of 24 people. No exceptions- sorry we are a cozy space.
Drop off available for ages 4+ Maximum 15 kids.

Each celebration includes a choice of one exciting add-on — potions, slime, big canvas, tie dye, crown decorating, individual canvases, plasticine sculpting, or a sensory bin.

We’ve got all the party essentials covered, from plates and cutlery to festive decorations and a personalized hand painted birthday sign to celebrate your little one.
While the kids dive into creative play, relax with a cup of coffee on us, knowing our team is here for setup, activity facilitation, and cleanup.
All you need to bring is the snacks, and we’ll handle the rest to make your day easy and memorable!
Our Add-Ons

Access to our giant maker wall, plus hot glue guns for each of your guests! Great for inventors, tinkerers, and creative kiddos alike!

Bring your own piece of clothing to tie-dye using child-safe tie dye methods!

Best for small groups! Learn to use a hand sewing needle to make your own sock doll! We'll have buttons and scrap fabric to decorate your doll.

Each child gets to paint an 8”x10” canvas using either acrylic or tempera paints, along with access to loose parts & glue from our maker wall!

Create a unique momento from your child’s birthday. Children get to paint on the canvas using various tools to create a unqiue design!

A 30 min guitar led singalong with puppets, instruments, scarves, and bubbles!

Decorate your own crown using fabric scraps and paint sticks!
Crowns are made from reclaimed vinyl or felt, and close with a ribbon tie.

Sculpt a silly character using plasticine. Each guest will get 2 wooden peg people & lots of plasticine!

Children have unlimited coloured vinegar and baking soda to create oodles of potions! Open-ended and a BLAST!

Learn to use a pom pom maker to make your own soft & squishy pom pom! Afterwards, add googly eyes or loose parts to extend the play.

HOST PARENTS
required to stay for parties at GW and to help supervise throughout the party
Drop off parties: host parents are in charge of behaviour management for guests

ensure that all guests have filled out the waiver prior to the party
If any guests require extra support during the party, please let us know ahead of time so we can make this a great day for everyone!

food is served in the second hour of the party. Your facilitator will set the tables, but parents are in charge of serving!
simple is best! Pizza is always an easy option. We are close to a Dominos, Pizza Pizza, and Detroit Pizza
we can set up an optional snack table in the kitchen for the whole party
we highly recommend single serve treats (cupcakes, doughnuts, cookies..) instead of cake! Cutting the cake takes up lots of time!
we have plates, bowls, cutlery, serving bowls & tools, tablecloths, and paper towels.
don't worry about a lighter- we have one. Please bring your own candles!
please consider bringing large bottles of juice instead of juice boxes. We have cups here!
If you bring juice boxes you must take them with you.

PARENTS OF GUESTS
You are required to supervise your child during the party
fill out the waiver prior to the party date
Drop off parties: please ensure that your child is comfortable and capable of being dropped off in a new environment
WHAT TO EXPECT
We are a cozy children's space with a focus on open ended, child-led play!
When we say we get messy, we mean it! Please dress your child in comfortable play clothes that can get dirty!
we encourage all kinds of hands-on exploration. We have smocks available, and lots of cloths for wiping hands!
destructive, hurtful, or unkind behaviour is not welcome. Your party facilitator can give you tips on how to redirect challenging behaviours, but it is your job to supervise your child during the party

With your party you will received a customizable evite from Greenvelope! This is an invitation and waiver in one and must be sent to your guests.

We do not offer refunds. We are happy to offer 1 reschedule date with a $75.00 admin fee. This will be charged automatically upon rescheduling.
