At the Sewing Lab, children will learn foundational sewing skills, including proper sewing machine use, hand sewing techniques, and the basics of constructing items from fabric.
Once armed with this knowledge, children are encouraged to create freely!
This is not a step-by-step, project based class. Instead, we encourage experimentation, innovation, and creative risk-taking!
Whether your child wants to make clothing, toys, or something truly one-of-a-kind, Tennyson & Izzi are here to support them through the creative journey.

With caring guidance from the wonderful program director, Tennyson, kids are given the freedom to sew any project they can dream up. There is ample material with which they can create, personalized instruction, and they develop their sewing skills through hand sewing and using full sized sewing machines.
